Dr Bruce Willett is a dedicated general practitioner with over three decades of experience in providing exceptional patient care and driving positive change in the healthcare industry. Until recently Bruce owned a successful network of general practices in the South of Brisbane, showcasing his commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

Bruce’s leadership and influence in the industry extend beyond his practice. As the Immediate Deputy President of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Immediate Past Chair of their Queensland faculty, he has been instrumental in shaping the direction of general practice in Australia. His previous role as Chair of General Practice Supervisors Australia (GPSA) further demonstrates his commitment to supporting and advocating for his peers.

With a focus on continuous quality improvement within general practice and medical education, Bruce believes in harnessing the power of practice data to guide decision-making and drive positive change. He recognises the importance of practice culture and processes in achieving optimal patient outcomes and fostering a supportive environment for healthcare professionals.
